My S4L Experience
I want to share my experience with S4L - the good, bad and ugly!
To start off, the program
does work! It's not easy by any means but if you are motivated and have the
money - it could work for you too!
However I want to warn everyone - DO
NOT PAY UP-FRONT! They will scam you, as I learned the hard way!
Maybe
scam is a bit strong, however I certainly feel duped. I pre-paid for 52
weeks...I'm in week 20 and they are telling me I will have to pay more if I want
to continue losing weight. If that's not a scam I'm not sure what
is...
Yea, I took a break over the holidays. And they will say they told
me up-front that I only paid for 26 weeks of "weight-loss", 6 weeks of
stabilization and 20 weeks of maintenance. The fact that I haven't reached my
goal weight (even though I paid for a year up-front) means I have to buy more
weight-loss weeks.
So WARNING - if you do sign-up and pre-pay DO NOT take
a break or miss a single weigh-in (3x a week) or many of their other rules to
get the guarantee because I seriously doubt they ever have to honor it, too many
loopholes in their favor and after all they are in business to make money! Read
the fine print and really think about what you are getting into - a VERY, VERY
strict diet for the duration. I'm not syaing don't do it, just don't pre-pay for
more than 6-10 weeks would be my recommendation.
So in the coming days I
will share recipes, diet plan and whatever else I can share with those of you
that are interested until I feel like I've gotten my $2,000 worth (my loss is
your gain) :)
