The Food List: What You Can Eat & How Much
Below is a list of the categories of food you must eat each day. which foods fall into these categories, and how much of that food constitutes a serving.
Portions listed a raw weights unless stated. You must also have 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Morton's Lite Salt per day. You may also use 1 tbsp of mustard as a condiment per day. You may prepare all foods by steaming, boiling, roasting, broiling, baking, pan frying, microwaving, or grilling. Do not use fat, lard, etc. Pam original, no butter, is allowed. Limit artificial sweeteners (Equal, Sweet N' Low, Splenda) to 2 to 3 packs per day. Allowed seasonings: Morton's Light Salt (1/4 to 1/2 tsp), pepper, garlic, fresh herbs and spices, apple cider vinegar and tarragon vinegar, Mrs. Dash, juice of one lemon per day. The Plan:
2 Servings of allowed Proteins 4 Servings of allowed Vegetables 2 Servings of allowed Fruits 2 Servings of allowed Starches 1 Serving of allowed Fat 80 Ounces of water per day 2 Protein supplements - 2 drinks Or - 1 drink and 1 bar You must consume 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt (This is your only source of potassium, if you are following the plan you will start cramping without the salt. It also works on a scientific level and is necessary) 4 Metabolizers per day - Lipocell from S4L or I've considered HealtheTrim or some other supplement to speed metabolism and appetite suppressant. 6 ESF's - essential fatty acids - Omega 3, 6 and 9 1 Multivitamin Sample Daily Meal Plan2 metabolizers & 3 EFA's
Breakfast: 1 egg veggie frittata Snack: Small apple Protein Supplement: Fruit flavored protein drink 2 metabolizers, 3 EFA's & multivitamin Lunch: 4 ounces spicy shredded chicken, steamed broccolli Snack: Small orange Dinner: Turkey burger on 2 slices of Sara Lee 45 calorie multigrain bread (1 tsp mayo & mustard), salad with sugarfree/fat free dressing.
