I gotta admit I'm struggling a bit. I've tried so hard to stay on track but the scale isn't cooperating.
I must admit when I cheat I over-cheat lol. Valentines was one of those times, then I went out of town so might as well continue...5 days later I finally got back on track. But when I'm good I'm very, very good! And been 100% on track for a week now. However the scale won't give me a break...
One thing I've learned about s4l is you can't cheat at all! There is no room for it if you want to accomplish 3 lbs a week. Now I'm sure I'm not gaining and probably am losing some but not in the numbers I'm accustomed to. I guess this is good practice for healthy living. I simply can't have dessert everyday, I have to make good choices everyday or the weight will come back. I can splurge on occasion and I haven't yet figured out how often an "occasion" is, but I have high hopes I can continue to lose and someday live on a 2000 calorie diet. But for now I've got to stay on the 1200 calories and hope sooner or later the scale will catch up.

One of the most helpful things I learned is the more raw veggies you eat the more you will lose. I love steamed broccoli! And that's been my staple for the last few months but I am practicing adding raw veggies - salad, cucumber, bell peppers, etc.. We'll see if the theory is true.
I'm still a bit ticked about Slim4Life taking my year's worth of pre-paid counseling without helping me meet my goal and then asking for more money less than 6 months in. But I'm determined to continue on my own.
I am struggling and sure wish the scale would give a little break. I have faith the results will come. Maybe not as quickly as if I were checking in 3x a week, but it will happen.
