I'm working hard to get back on track - 15 lb goal set for my next milestone. Accountability is what I'm missing most and it's surprisingly hard to find...
I've considered going back to the slim4life center, the program works but I just can't justify the time and expense when I've already learned all the tools I need. I'm going to utilize this blog for my accountability. 200 hits a week will hopefully be enough to help me stay on track. So here goes :)
