I've come to conclusion that as long as I keep a normal schedule I can and will stay on track. I've got to plan and prep so I don't cheat. It's when life gets in the way that I get off track.
After about 5 months of eating a very strict diet my desires have changed. Now when I eat junk food it just isn't nearly as satisfying as it used to be! I crave wholesome fresh food now! So thank you to Slim4Life for teaching me healthy habits!
Here are a few tips I just shared with a friend at work, maybe they will help you too!

Best Tips
1. I make a veggie frittata on Sundays with 5 eggs – cut it into 5 pieces and breakfast is served – all week!
2. I recently learned how to keep salad fresh longer – wash and dry it then wrap in a paper town in a zip lock bag. SO I wrap them in individual sizes (quart size works well to grab for lunches). I also debone a rotisserie chicken and split it into 5 days worth so I have chicken and salad with sugarfree/fat free dressing for lunch most days
3. The individual tilapia fillets are a God-send when I need a quick dinner
4. I also pre-cook a whole bag of frozen broccoli so all I have to do is warm up individual serving when I get home.
5. I’ve started cutting up celery sticks and storing them in water in the fridge – just grab a baggie each morning and put in a handful, they stay fresh all week and ready to eat.
6. I found the cutest mini bell peppers at walmart -red, yellow and orange (3= 25 calories) great afternoon snack
7. The more raw veggies you eat the harder your body has to work to digest so you burn more calories and I can eat more snacks to keep from getting hungry. I eat celery, bell peppers and cucumber for snacks here at work, as well as 2 small Clementine oranges, my salad and frittata – it’s actually quite a bit of food that all healthy and fresh!
Those are my best tips that I’ve learned along the way. As you can imagine I spend about an hour or two prepping food on Sunday’s but sure makes life easier during the week.
