I have lost another 3 lbs this week so very excited to be back on track!
I think I've provided the most basic principals in the plan tab along with some of my basic recipes. I will admit, prepping takes time. If you aren't prepared you will get off track! Plan your meals, pre-cook as much as you can and once you find something you can do...stick with it! I realize it gets boring after a while but everytime I've tried to implement something new, I tend to stop losing :( so stick to the plan as well as you can. I won't deny going into the clinic and meeting with a counselor makes a huge difference, just the accountability alone helps keep me on track. Also, be sure to keep a food journal. If you have an iphone or Android check out apps - I use the SlimGenics app to track food, water and supplements.
